Purpose

The GOBC Center for Family and Private Business serves as a regional resource hub that empowers leaders to address their unique growth challenges, develop the next generation, and perpetuate their business, value, and wealth. 

Our members are family-owned and privately held businesses who want to invest in the current and future leadership of their organization. We serve the greater Ontario business community, as well as other Southern California businesses who call the Inland Empire their home. 

We understand the challenges today’s business leaders face and tailor our programming and affinity groups to address their specific needs. We believe growth happens in collaboration with others and that it’s our job to create a safe, supportive, and connected community that inspires leaders to learn and thrive together.
